I am a neutered male, brown brindle and white Staffordshire Bull Terrier mix.
The shelter staff think I am about 9 years old.
I have been at the shelter since Feb 14, 2010.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Seniors often get passed by in the shelter, but they're the ones with the training, the calm natures, the proven experience often in a home, with kids, with people. Clark Gable is no exception. This absolutely sweet, wonderful nine year old Staffordshire Terrier came in as a stray, but who had owned him? Someone must have, for his coat is gleaming, he's in great health, and he's been eating well, for he's a little chubby at 78 lbs. He is such a sweetheart! We're hoping someone sees what a treasure this older gent is, truly terrific on his leash, not pulling whatsoever, no doubt housetrained, lovely to be with, seems completely fine with other dogs (during his photo shoot out back, he did a few nose to noses with the dogs out there). Please give this mature, totally perfect dog a chance to live out the rest of his life in dignity, safety and comfort!
