Hillside SPCA featured in Cesar Millan's magazine
With this blog being so new I know most readers are friends of mine and if you are a friend of mine you know just how much I love Hillside SPCA in Pottsville PA. Hillside is a no kill shelter and everyone there works so very hard day in and day out. Hillside does not receive any state funding because they are a no kill shelter and exist off of donations and the help of volunteers.
