Leo needs a home, Phila ACCT is full

ACCT is FULL owner surrenders are out of control. Dogs and Cats need help now, Fosters, Adoptions, and Rescues please Help them get out! We can save some if we pull together <3 please.

Leo is a GREAT dog!!!! with No aggression issues at all! Leo is a 1 yr. old, beautiful white male pittie with gorgeous green eyes. Leo is a real lover who has been passed by for unknown reasons. He is very active because he has been kenneled 24/7 since August. Leo is in great danger today. Leo is being trained in basic commands as you can see in his video below. This boy is still a puppy and has grown up in a high volume shelter, that alone says something for his sound mind. The ACCT Shelter is totally packed today with no room left. Hard choices are being made, no ones favorites are safe. Please help this boy he deserves a happy ending.
