PLEASE CROSSPOST FOR THIS PETITE SWEETIE PIE, DESERVES A LOVING HOME! NEEDS OUT NOW!

Hi everyone, Please spread the word!
In the coming days the ACCT shelter will temporarily close for a massive cleaning effort, and the dogs currently at ACCT will be moved into airline crates in a temporary facility. Unfortunately we have a very special dog, "Sweets", here at ACCT that needs to find a foster or forever home IMMEDIATELY. Sweets has separation anxiety and when left in a crate for too long will find a way out- even if it means injuring herself in the process. For this reason we are concerned about placing Sweets in the temporary crates and so we MUST get her into a foster or forever home before the move in a few days. Sweets has been through so much, and is a loving, smart dog. If you can save her life, please get in touch ASAP- NSmith@pspca.org

Sweets- URGENT

Meet Sweets! Poor Sweets has a sad story. Sweets came into our shelter in January of 2009. She was too nervous to survive in the shelter and luckily went into a foster home in February. After a year of living in a home environment poor Sweets was just returned to the shelter. Sweets' foster mother was going to keep her, but unfortunately was having medical/health problems and had to give Sweets back. After a year of being in a home, Sweets is having a hard time getting used to the shelter. Sweets is a total lover and would prefer a stay at home parent :) She thinks that she is a lap dog. More than anything she just wants to be sitting as close as possible to you and getting some love. Sweets loves meeting all people and is happy and friendly. Sweets is not only beautiful, she is a super cute petite size! She only weighs 30 pounds. Little Sweets’ favorite thing is to nap in a laundry basket (see her photos!). Sweets doesn't care much for cats, but she wouldn't mind a doggie sibling. Because of the traumatic experiences lately in Sweets' life, she has developed a little separation anxiety. If you put Sweets in a crate when you leave your home you will learn that she is quite the Houdini! She always finds a way to get out! She needs a home that can be her forever home and she will finally be able to feel comfortable in. Please come in and meet our sweetie pie Sweets! :) Photos at:
