Sammy first came into the shelter as a stray in June 2009. He was returned to his owner a few days later and now he is back… as a stray!
From police officer who found him: Animal was roaming around, animal is quite nice
Sammy barks in his cage, but when you go up to him to say hi, he is all tail wags.
