Gorgeous Phoebe is a very sweet, well mannered, gentle girl who did not have the best start in life. Phoebe found herself abandoned, tied up in a park in NYC, where she then ended up in a high kill shelter. Bully Breed Rescue stepped in and pulled this doll of a girl, now she is looking for her forever home!!
