Sebastian @ Hillside SPCA
Sebastian is an 11 year old English Sheepdog. He was taken on a cruelty case and had to be shaved be...cause his hair was matted so badly. He is good with other dogs. Sebastian also has a neurological condition and needs a caring and loving home.
